CJ Morgante recently refereed at the Gold Cup, his third appearance at the tournament. He had the honor of being selected to referee in the Gold Cup Final, his 5th game of the 2015 tournament. Check out the photo of the Gold Cup Final referee crew below, and watch a funny clip from the game.
Effective immediately for the 2015 fall season, Club Pass players can be handwritten on the Game Day Roster. If that is done, the Game Day Roster must be sent to the Age Group Commissioner within 24 hours after the game.

Four PA West officials refereed at Veteran’s Cup in Virginia Beach, VA. Lucas Feathers, Sean Regan, Will Cassidy, and Nathaniel Buck also met up with Keith Renner, a member on the USASA referee board, and Paul Tamberino, who was assessing at the Men’s National Cup.
Ashley Smyda was selected to represent Region I at President’s Cup National’s. Way to go, Ashley!
This newly formed group have been selected by the State Referee Committee. As a member of this group, each of them must have dedication and commitment to soccer officiating, fitness, nutrition and availability. Each of them must pass the highest standard of the FIFA fitness test for their gender which will be conducted periodically throughout
Recently, I was asked to write a biography about my journey of becoming a FIFA Assistant Referee. Reflecting has been fun and I hope that my experiences will provide encouragement for other young referees. It’s been an interesting journey – one that has taken me countless miles and across the paths of many different people.
